Thank you for that info. I have been using the immortal sim flag with MCCC so I could leave ageing on for some sims and make my cherished pets (which is all of them basically immortal-) but as said that does not appear to work with the new version of MCCC on the new animals in cottage living which I just assumed would be added (I am hoping maybe later it could be a feature) so I am looking for damage limitation in the meantime. From what you say I will turn ageing off completely again and use the workaround for the chicks and as you say will allow the longest life for elder bunnies and foxes which i will have to accept for now.. :)
