Thank you all of your helps. Yea I had no idea except for killing someone. I was managing a roommate in my house, and he was actually a boyfriend of my sim. Yesterday, He brought a sim called,"Roommate's boyfriend" and they were amorously hugging at the front door. Also I noticed that roommate's boyfriend was randomly created one in cas. I thought I got the perfect chance to complete this milestone. :D I used strangefy' spell onto that random sim and made my sim's roommate fight with him using Furio. And then I used the custom spell, 'dark mark' for killing. Eventually, I was able to meet grim reaper and completed it. I don't want to revive that boyfriend although my sim knows resurrection potion recipes. :D My sim was not angry but I was from being jealous.
