Is there a way to unlock work outfits?

Thank you @Atreya33 this is what I eventually did, I found a household with fisherman, maid, mailman, plumber, and a few other work outfits unlocked, added my sim to that household,, changed one of his everyday outfits to the fisherman, and then merged him back to his own family. I don’t know why they don’t just open them up for us to use. He’s already in the fisherman career, and wears the outfit to work. It seems like it should have been unlocked for him, I am curious though how you even unlock that outfit to begin with. The person who uploaded the unlocked outfits didn’t even know how she did it.
