Is there a way to zoom i on certain things in CAS?
Like a bracelet? Or zoom out a little on things like a necklace? I feel like I can't get a good look.

Nope. The thumbnail is the most zoomed in you can get.
The good thing is that you can always bring the sim into live mode and then use the TAB key to zoom in. And if you don't like it, you can bring the sim back to CAS to change it.
