Is there any cheat to set a sim's favorite drink?

How do you tell a sim's favourite drink? Also... why can't kids drink rootbeer floats?

An option to set stuff like this in CAS would be appreciated. You know, like in TS3.
Would require some new UI stuff and all tho, so maybe if they introduced some more of these 'favorites' in the future they'd consider it.
Something like this could probably come with a live update considering the impact it would have on the game.

I'm really looking forward for them to add favourites. Just hoping it wont conflict with the drink/movie favourites we already have and that those would be included in the UI.

When you click on a bar and have the sim "Make favorite drink" what ever they make is unfortunately their favorite.

I like to believe it's Similar to Not Your Father's Root Beer and like all things in the sims, "woohoo," "Juice," "Nectar," they can call it what they want but that doesn't change what it actually is.

BTW I tried it and this is what I found out!

Kasumi – Von Haunt Estate Meloire
Caleb – Sparkling Water
Elias - Wutaheftabir
Estevan – Cream Cola
Heather - Wutaheftabir

For some reason, Caleb liking sparkling water does not surprise me lol

My sims favourite drink is just water... not even sparkling water. Just plain water and it really grinds my gears because out of everyone in my sim household she'd be the type of person to love having a wine but no. Her favourite drink is water.

I'm pretty sure favourite drinks are always level 1 mixology skill so any sim can make them.
And I thought children used to be able to drink root beer floats? I recall being able to order them in a restaurant, but I might be wrong or maybe they changed it.

I just started a new game and Shinya's favorite drink is the Plasma one. He isn't a vampire.

I guess like @pearlbh said, it's completely random.

I have had many sims with Wrench as their favorite drink :D I know it's random but my game likes giving them the wrench as a fav drink ;)
