Is there any gameplay value to a museum?

I have a lot of creative sims and it is both a whim destination and requirement for the painter aspiration, but you only need one. Like a lot of people, I kept the Willow Creek one and deleted the Oasis Springs museum. I have the Hard Rock cafe there now. I took out all the community places in Oasis Springs and turned it into a Vegas strip with lots of neon nightclubs and lounges. B) I need a casino - hint hint hint.
