Is there any playability to this?

I can't click on it, but it's so bright and attention-demanding I find it hard to believe it serves no purpose whatsoever.
A simmer that attended GameChangers said there's a mermaid Cove but I can't seem to find it, even though I've fully restored the cave mural.
Also, does anyone know why the frigging albino dolphin won't pop up? Mua Pelam is fully restored for me.

    I haven't gotten to the mermaid grotto yet. :( I think you need to be a mermaid for that, plus do the whole conservationist thing. But I don't even know where to look. Perhaps you vcan go through the cave at some point? Like with the tree in Willow Creek?

    I've fully restored Sulani to its thriving state through conservationalist efforts and completed the cave mural. I've tried really hard to go into it but I still can't find a way. Maybe it doesn't exist? Idk

    It does exist. Devs have said so in the latest stream. It's just hidden away somewhere.

    There is no secret lot in Sulani. This is a spawner, once you restore Mua Pel'Am to its thriving state, more mermaids will spawn from here. Confirmed in the Twitch Q&A at around the 14th minute. I looked into it just to make sure.
    Oh well.
