Is there any way I can go in CAS and fix the nude outfit? SOLVED

I'm not sure how it happened, but every time my sim goes into take a shower, she is wearing a pair of short. Is there any way I can go in and fix this in CAS? All I seem to be getting is choices to ...

Wow. I'm really sorry that I couldn't be of any help, because this sounds like it sucks. I get charged like that too and would also like to know how to fix it. Maybe it's a modding issue? idk.
