Is there any way I can go in CAS and fix the nude outfit? ~~SOLVED~~

I'm not sure how it happened, but every time my sim goes into take a shower, she is wearing a pair of short. Is there any way I can go in and fix this in CAS? All I seem to be getting is choices to ...
