Is there any way I can go in CAS and fix the nude outfit? SOLVED

I'm not sure how it happened, but every time my sim goes into take a shower, she is wearing a pair of short. Is there any way I can go in and fix this in CAS? All I seem to be getting is choices to ...

Maybe try repairing your game if you don't have any CC. Shouldn't be happening to a non-CC game unless you have some other mods that are conflicting with it.
