Is there any way of dealing with a club without playing the sim who is in charge of the club?

I wish we could edit clubs in the neighborhood panel. Sometimes I want to add strangers my Sim doesn’t know. Also sometimes I lose track of who the leader is, especially as the torch is passed down after deaths.
