Is there any way to stop kleptomaniacs stealing from your retail store?

It's getting kinda annoying when I have to keep replacing the same objects over and over. Quite often I don't even realise something's gone, or I don't know what was taken because this is a large buil...

There's not really anything you can do to stop them besides getting rid of them or readjusting your store. I tend to use smaller retail shops with only 1 floor so that there are too many witnesses for them to be able to steal anything
