Is There Anything in it For Me if I Buy Parenthood
I've not bough Parenthood because my Sims don't have children, is there enough other content there to make it worth getting if you don't have kid?

I wouldn't recommend Parenthood without kids since everything is pretty much based around the entire concept of family and parenting. The new game play is for building parenting sills, the build/buy is mainly made of homey family items with a lot of kid/teen decor, and without the younger age groups you're missing out on a lot of CAS.
It's a great pack, but if you don't play with kids I'd find it a waste.
