Is There Anything in it For Me if I Buy Parenthood
I've not bough Parenthood because my Sims don't have children, is there enough other content there to make it worth getting if you don't have kid?

Yeahhhh it's definitely centered around family gameplay. It does do a pretty good job at it too, it's the favorite gamepack of many people for that very reason, and although it does have some nice additions to CAS and build mode, there's not much else if you're not trying to raise any children in the game.
