Is There Anything in it For Me if I Buy Parenthood
I've not bough Parenthood because my Sims don't have children, is there enough other content there to make it worth getting if you don't have kid?

I would honestly recommend having children in your game just to get this pack, it really is enjoyable and changes the family dynamic quite a bit. Unless of course family play is nowhere near your style of play.
