Is there going to be a 4th of July sale?

I'm hoping they will because logically, they've just sold Island Living to everyone who's willing to pay full price so now would be the best time to hold a sale for those who aren't willing before interest in the new dlc dies down. Let's watch and hope...

Im still holding out for a sale at Target or Best Buy. Im really not keen on spending $40 on an incomplete EP.

if there's a 4th of July sale then I'm expecting a 24th of February sale.

There's another thread about IL-sales here, & in it I posted a link to cdkeys' sale (today but probably not tomorrow) of IL for $25.59 or thereabouts.

I'm waiting for the magic pack so I can buy that with Island Life and a stuff pack in a bundle.

However, it's not looking great. On an official EA Q&A forum, the same question was asked and the answer was "I am not aware of any plans for any upcoming sales on Origin." So... :'( looks like we might have to get happy...

A one day only sale wouldn't have been a good idea unless they announced it days in advance since it's too easy to miss. (Unless they've done one before that I'm just not aware of.) Most 4th of July sales early, so if they wanted to do one it should have started Monday, but personally I think it's too soon for a sale considering Island Living just came out.

If a sale hasn't begun already then I don't foresee one.
