Good morning, I just talked to a CSR named Harsh about an issue with the bundles offered. They offer the bundle at $49.99 but I ended up being charged $69.99, which is the original prize. I would like to get assistance with this as Harsh said there's nothing else that he can do except report this. He referred me to this forum. Thank you.

If you purchased something and weren't given the correct price, you'll need to speak with support. We cannot make any changes to your account or purchases via the forums.

Thank you for your reply. The CSR that helped me before said the exact same thing, that they were unable to help with a refund or price adjustment.
I tried to resume my case but it won't let me, this is the status: "Status: Waiting on Player." Do you know what it means?
Community ManagerTypically that means the advisor is waiting for a response from you, but if that's leaving you unable to reply they may still need to close out something on their end before you're able to do so.
In that situation I'd try a new case instead of resuming that one.
Aside from that, are you still seeing the same bundle prices if you clear the cache in the EA app? That would just help us rule out the possibility of the app not properly updating if that had recently changed.
