Is there really a Sims 5 coming out?

Also, if TS5 turns out to be far better in every way than TS4, being packed full of great, working gameplay and items from the very start, it will sell well, better than TS4. It is not known that sales for TS4 have been ropey and there is a reason for that. A lot and I mean a huge lot boycotted the game at release and most have never moved towards it with later packs while many stopped after the base game or the first EP or two.

TS4 has been a huge let down. We all know that and aside from a few white nights who have tried to praise it as much as possible it is clear that they are a small minority.

Indeed a lot of players saying that they will refuse to move on will jump for joy if TS5 looks good. Some players have been doing the same since TS2 was announced years ago. I was the same myself although I stopped with TS4. I took one look at it and knew that I was being fobbed off but show me a decent Sims game with huge worlds and exciting Sims and I am going to get my wallet out!
