Hello, I'm a new member so apologies for jumping on this discussion - I'm unable to create my own just yet. Similar to the original question I'm looking for a good laptop to run The Sims 4.
I'm looking at the HP Pavilion 15-cs1506sa. Please can somebody advise regarding the specs:
Processor - Intel® Core™ i7-8565U Processor
- Quad-core
- 1.8 GHz / 4.6 GHz
- 8 MB cache
RAM 8 GB DDR4
Graphics card - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
- 4 GB GDDR5
Storage 256 GB SSD
Thanks in advance!
You'll be able to run TS4 on that rig. If you can afford a larger SSD drive, though, I'd recommend that you get the next step up -- about 500 gigs. (I hope that it comes with a larger secondary hard drive?) If you're a person who loves mods and custom content, they add up quickly. More memory would be useful for a mod lover as well. Otherwise, you seem good to go.
Good luck and happy holidays! :)
