Probably a version of "Sims 5" where it's the same but completely different. :p
Makes sense since Sims 4 probably is the last final of what we know for the Sims. After this it will be apps for your phone.

Yeah i'm starting to get the vibes that ts4 may be the last in the series and they are using these ads to promote the franchise as a whole for the last hurrah. If this isn't the case then those ads are pretty shady, at least to me they are.
