Is this game already considering a sim's fertility?

Actually, from the Sims past, I would guess the chances of a Sim getting pregnant is likely around 80%. I do know that my Sim hasn't conceived each and every time she and her husband try for baby. She wept bitterly, too. Broke my heart, so I had them try again. LOL What can you do?

@Chazzzy, I do believe the "fertile" trait is to help with twins, not just pregnancy in general. But, I could be wrong.
