Is this possible? (aging in cas bug)

There’s the potion of youth in the rewards menu/debug? I don’t know if any sim younger than young adults can use it though.

Edit: I miss life fruit. Just eat one fruit for one day.

I'm asking in case (although it's unlikely) I end up needing to take my (young adult) sims into cas and they end up aging.

Is the CAS bug new? If not I might have aged up my sims without knowing :neutral: I always go to CAS to adjust their genetics after they aged up. Like I might give them a random trait just to get it done at the birthday, then make all that right in CAS afterwards. I also check that other "genetics" like freckles, walk style etc is stuck - sometimes the game randomly change stuff.

Does the CAS bug affect the entire household, or is it happening only if you change a sim's age?

Some people report it happening to the entire household, some report it only happening to one sim. Some sims are aging up, to the point of dying from old age, other sims are aging down (ie, adult to teen, if they were married that's gone to plum).

It's been said that buying Get Famous fixes the issue, but I read somewhere that someone with early access to GF is having the issue, which would disprove this.

Also sims with aging off are aging in cas, as well as vampires.

This is probably one of the most intense bugs I've ever seen in the Sims, wow.

My recommendation is to at least save before CAS, in case of disastrous aging. But I'm an aging-off player so small changes in age aren't an issue - they don't really age till I tell them to.

Wow indeed. I'm glad I haven't patched by game yet, but I want to do so and am very concerned as to how long it'll be before the devs patch the patch.
