I don't think so as hybrids don't work in this game.

Baby Ariel is from Get Famous so she's "human" as that pack doesn't have occults.

I don't see why it wouldn't work? Except that she may stay a teen forever as I think her special trait prevents her from aging. But other than that I don't think it prevents her from becoming any occult.
