Is your playstyle more like sandbox or simulation?

I mean yeah its a mix i like having the simulation stuff too but reason i love sims is more the sandbox " do whatever you want" approach to it

I don't enjoy game for a long time if I am just following someone elses ideas for what i am supposed to do with it

that said i do feel its lovely to have some challenge and preset things and quests and challenges and things that disturb my sims lives as well for the side entertainment

and lot of things i like do also tend to drop to the simulation side tbh

idk... its just good balance of both really,
with freedom to do whatever
