Does anyone have any information on the 'off the grid' lot trait. I saw the icon in a Sims VIP article as one of two new lot traits. Will it mean no electricity and water and therefore no bills? I...

Yeah it could have something to do with the Beach Bum aspiration but the question is whether it lowers bills and comes with new objects. They said they wanted to keep some things secret and I remember there was a survey for an off the grid pack.
Sometimes things tie in between packs like we are getting sunburn in this pack but it goes well with seasons. I think if we don't get off the grid objects they could tie in later with a farming pack. Like a wind mill for water and some sort of solar panels goes better with farming. The same way sunburn and sun bathing is maybe better with this pack than seasons. We will have to wait and see.
