The teams obviously forgot what it means to live off-the-grid. A functioning dishwasher on a lot without running water and electricity? Yet we can't use a washtub and clothesline?
Yeah, this oversight is definitely bizarre and frustrating, and hopefully it will be fixed *soon*™, but in the meantime, if you don't mind a small tuning mod, there's this one that allows you to refill the washtub on an 'off-the-grid' lot:
