I don't know what to think of that. It suggests just another neighbourhood that you can live in like all the other ones but I'm really hoping that it's an actual travel destination for holidays.
This is my main concern right now. I personally don't care about my sims living on an island but it looks amazing as a vacation world (the first one that is actually appealing with lots to do besides camping and tomb exploring). In these screenshots there's no indication of hotels though... Would they really make a tropical island and not make it available as a vacation spot? Hmm...
