I saw some waterbirds, the type that appear to be skating on the top of the water in the shallows, in one of the game changer videos (don't know the name, sorry) and there is apparently a new version of seagulls which fly and land in water (someone said they are different than the land-based ones in Cats and Dogs), and some new butterflies.
ETA: Iron Seagull has a World Overview video that includes shots of brown and white shorebirds darting about in the shallows, chickens with blue tails, seagulls landing in water (these had black heads) and a sim chasing white seagulls on a beach.
