This is my biggest issue and my restaurant lost it's 5 star rating because of it. I did eventually notice why it was happening. For some reason, my waitstaff don't clear tables half of the time so if anyone sits at a table with dirty dishes on it, they are unable to receive their food. The waitstaff seems to deliver food in order, so if the table isn't cleared then it clogs up the entire process, and most of the time they won't clear it.
