One of the major issues I'm having is with my wait staff. They'll all show up to work but then just stand there outside of the restaurant and do nothing. It's like they're stuck. They don't come in to take orders and keep the entire room full of customers waiting for hours and hours until I finally have to just close the restaurant for the day to avoid customers getting down to a 1 star rating and leaving angry. But I still have to pay the day's wages to these useless employees! My restaurant has been running negative profits because of this... >:(
