I modified my staff (and other restaurants' staff) through "Manage Worlds". Once in the map view, I pressed Ctrl-Shift-C and entered "cas.fulleditmode on"
I then selected their household, entered CAS, and changed whatever I wanted. Haven't had any issues.
Edit: Depending on how you access the "Manage Worlds", you may have to enter "testingcheats on" first or something like that; I get that confused with the Sims 3 cheat. :P
This is some great information and thank you for posting it. I finally fixed my game by repairing it one more time after the deletion of more mods. Now I am able to take a sims family to a restaurant and the "Modify in CAS" works the same as "cas.fulleditmode" and has all the features like weight/muscle control and facial "plastic surgery".
I like your method better as it's more efficient and I won't have to send a sims family to the restaurant just to make my restaurant staff the way I want them to be for each venue. THANKS again! :D
