It’s more than just bunk beds.

I like the look of the bunkbed and it appears that it has ladder on both right and left sides. In the dark silhouette teaser pictures it only has ladders on one side. I wonder if it will be fully modular given also the different colour swatches for upper and lower beds? I am looking forward to the improved traits, would be nice if they add some new traits as well.
