I can see that a farming type pack would have to wait some time before being implemented as so many things have been gradually added in the packs before. That means they all can be used in the next one and be a reward for those who've forked out on the earlier packs.

Things like Off the grid stuff and eco lifestyle stuff are already there so there's more cash to spend on extra stuff for this and those Community lots would come in handy for markets and their stalls.
