Here is a link if you want to check them out. Don't use the one for the No Autonomous Computer, it messed with the research Gardening (if your sim is in that career).
The link is not coming up correctly, let me see if I can go a different route.
Go over to Mod The Sims and type in no autonomous in the search bar, it should come up that way. For some odd reason, when I add a link it keeps going over to the TS2 mods over there. - I forgot about the umbrella stand. Umbrellas haven't worked as well in Sims 4, so I just buy the waterproof trait.
- No upgraded objects. I like the challenge and the way things take time. Otherwise my sims are always happy and I have nothing to do with them.
- Sinks in the bathrooms. And if I use counters, I try to make sure they have items on them. I hate when my Sims cook and clean up in the bathroom.
- alisox7 years agoSeasoned RookieI play on the ps4 with just a few packs. I finally bought a stereo for my legacy family once they were financially comfortable. I regretted that pretty quickly. Constantly dancing. Made me nuts. Got rid of it.
I used to use a highchair but after reading about them a bit here and there I probably won't anymore. (That legacy family I mentioned had twins as the first offspring in the challenge and as toddlers they literally had me screaming at the tv. I'm determined to play smarter next time...) - AquaGamer12127 years agoSeasoned Ace

None :-P Though if it was possible, it would be CELLPHONES!
Honestly what is the mute button good for? NOT a thing! - dlwoody647 years agoSeasoned Hotshotsinks! I am so tired of water glasses everywhere!
- Highchairs, I have never used them and I hope I never have to xD also, the cupcake machine, too big and too ugly for my tastes, and also I don't really like having lots of desserts around
I also kind of ban the dollhouses because they're too big and kids get obsessed with them! And also, they're a constant cryfest if yo have someone with traits like Hot-headed or Evil - paigeisin57 years agoSeasoned AceBathroom sinks, tablets for teens and adults, stereos or radios in kids and teen bedrooms, all the wall stickers, mirrors because they stay up even when the walls are set to cut away and block my view of what is going on, those wardrobes everyone wants to fool around inside of not to mention how much space they require, and the smart toilets because those are just dumb.
- - as with many ive not purchased a gaming rig or highchair in my new save.
- i will avoid bigger dollhouses as i get sick and tired of them being destroyed.
- i put the telescope in the willow creek massive park so as few lots have the room for it and sims will always beeline for it and while i like the prints i get its annoying all the same.
-nim close to removing my beehive as my sims disturb the bees too often (i think its been patched so fingers crossed).
- as mentioned the lump of clay - i dont buy it but i think it gets fished up - annoys me greatly but i did find that it was used less when i put it on a shelf high up the wall.
- the stereo as mentioned annoys me greatly as well, its constantly on or broken so it will be going.
- the tv is getting to be on its last legs due to constant watching of the 'kids' channel meaning my adults have the 'dull' moodlet.
- while helpful for certain jobs and traits, the chess table and exercise equipment are constantly being used regardless of the other things they can do so my sims end up super smart or super skinny and jacked with too much muscle definition
- i also find the computer annoying at times so i may have to revamp the house so i can put it behind closed doors
- i have the globe bar but it will probably be going soon due to all the constant drinking
- various kitchen items due to the food spoiling or constant whims
- i might remove my fireplace during summer/spring as even with the fireguard something managed to catch fire which didnt know was happening as i was focused on another sim and it was out before i could see what burned
its quite sad that the sims seem to obsess over certain objects to the point of ruin as it leaves them with, IMO, little else to do. they wont read a book properly, they seem to resist painting autonomously, theres no newspapers or magazines to read, and sometimes they cant even be trusted to socialize on their own lest they ruin their marriage.
