It's still way too easy to become rich in this game

I think more reoccurring fees would help. I would love hospital bills when you have a baby there. We should be able to change the price of food make some really expensive restaurants even if we don't own them, have Gym membership fees, set the price for rentals, etc. Everything is so cheap in this game and it is so easy to make money.
