Lemme just quote myself from a thread called "What type of packs would you like next in line?" because this is totally relevant but I'll slightly edit it and add more info:
I would love Holiday Expansion Pack, and by that I don't mean just a few extra world destinations when you can only rent a house like in Salvadorada or the world from Outdoor Retreat.
I want a pack that makes me feel like my Sims would actually enjoy having a holiday. Of course hotels/resorts/motels is a must! Imo there should be different kinds of hotels you can book at vacation worlds. Some of the bigger/fancier ones should have better service and facilities and include restaurants and gyms, maybe a small spa too?!
While cheap hotels would have cheap furniture, plumbing that breaks often, uncomfortable beds, average or bad food, slower service maybe they'd often be dirty too. There should also be something as a middle ground option and the employees' work outfits should differ from place to place. It goes without saying that we should be able to run our own hotels and there should be a rating system.
For me the worlds don't have to be like in the Sims 3 where there was France, Egypt and China. I would prefer more creative, made up worlds that include summer and winter destinations but it'd be fun if there was still some things to explore.
And lastly, I'd love if there were enough activities and gameplay for families but also couples and maybe newlywed Sims could even go to a honeymoon and have that as a whim/aspiration goal or whatever!
