I don't like using the mailbox option. Its a nuisance to keep having to scroll over to the mailbox and to keep having to enter "testingcheats on." The fillmotive cheat is nice but I was just wondering if there is something I can type in to fill all motives on all sims instead of one motive on one sim at a time.
sadly you'll have to keep applying "testingcheats true" anytime you encounter a loading screen.. there's no magic fix for that until EA releases a patch. As for the mailbox thing, you can SHIFT + Left click directly on your individual sims with "testingcheats true" enabled and it will give you motive options. Hygiene will still decay during exercise and woohoo activities though.
edit: apart from that, the only way i know of to fill all motives for all sims is through the mailbox (or at least the fastest way). And what do you mean "instead of one motive on one sim at a time"? that's not available by simply shift + click
