sadly you'll have to keep applying "testingcheats true" anytime you encounter a loading screen.. there's no magic fix for that until EA releases a patch. As for the mailbox thing, you can SHIFT + Left click directly on your individual sims with "testingcheats true" enabled and it will give you motive options. Hygiene will still decay during exercise and woohoo activities though.
edit: apart from that, the only way i know of to fill all motives for all sims is through the mailbox (or at least the fastest way). And what do you mean "instead of one motive on one sim at a time"? that's not available by simply shift + click
I was talking about the fillmotive cheat with the one at a time comment. Thank-you for the reply.

There isn't a real advantage to using the command vs shift-clicking but if you insist,
Fill needs for your active sim:
sims.fill_all_commodities
Fill needs for entire household:
stats.fill_commodities_household
Thanks for adding them. For me it's all about the speed. Its easier for me to type a cheat in instead of scrolling to the front of my sims house and using the mailbox. Thank-you for the cheats!
