Maybe the objectID that starts with: 0x0ee3008799520c
is considered to be a community object? These objects are locked away from user manipulation while in game.

If you change the "c" at the end, you might find a different set of object IDs like Buildings or food.

This is merely an assumption. I do not think that it is the case.
