Japanese restaurant
My plan is for my sim to own a Japanese Restaurant in Mt. Komorebi. Will the kotatsu tables be able to place in restaurants and sims be seated at them?

And the answer is.... no. You can click on a normal table and choose the "Request Table", but a kotatsu table does not have that option.
Now for roleplaying purposes, you can go out for a hotpot like I did below, but you are not using any features from Dine Out.
