Japanese restaurant

My plan is for my sim to own a Japanese Restaurant in Mt. Komorebi. Will the kotatsu tables be able to place in restaurants and sims be seated at them?

I wanted to add festival foods to my Japanese restaurant menu (Ikayaki, Taiyaki) but I can't :(
Why is that ?
