I've decided Johnny Zest is the OG Malcolm TS3 good kid who wanted to be doctor
but he was kicked out for not being Landgraab enough and maybe he failed at doctoring so he decided to be comedian instead and Johnny Zest is his stage name
(aaand maybe he put his nose where it does not belong or whatnot and now cause landgraab own the hospitals he can't be doctor or whatever)
and they had new evil kid who they also named Malcolm
that is also evil malcolm from the console games = father to mimi and dudley landgraab
