In my main save I declared Johnny Geoffry´s nephew. Never edited their relationship, though.
But disowned fistborn son makes more sense, especially since Malcolm and Johnny really look a lot alike.

There used to be a thread about this and at first it was speculation and then it turned into some serious fanfic about the supposed connection.
