Joining a sports team. Um.....wut??
So I decided to let my sim join a sports team, and see what that's all about. It leads to the career menu. Hey if I want to get my sim a job I'd just do so on the phone. What am I missing here?

Huh. This makes no sense to me whatsoever. Oh well, not gonna waste my time any further on that one, then. :)
