Josef Gallagher: Video Game Streamer of Mixologist?

This is my sim self's middle daughter Ayla's youngest son Josef. He is at a career crossroads. He graduated at the University of Britechester with a degree in Physics with honours but he still didn't know what to do after University. Unlike his brothers, he moved back in to his childhood home with mum and dad where he started out as Barrista, until he got in to video games and became a Video Game Streamer where he only works two hours a night between 9pm and 11pm
Occasionally he'll throw up a want to level up in the Mixology skill. He seems to enjoy cooking as well where his Cooking skill is level 6 and Mixology is level 4.
I think he secretly wants to follow his late uncle Tommy's footsteps and work in the culinary career as a mixologist. Should he quit his job as a Streamer and go in to the culinary career as a Mixologist?
