Yes, you can delete the whole lot. It won’t mess up your game at all. I’ve done this many times for the same reason. Some saves just go sans premades and that includes The Vatores and The Vladmeister.
I have never experienced respawning of vampires either, but someone correct me in case I’m wrong! ??
