Journey to Batuu Price? $5 more in Canada on Origin?

I need some clarification as to why Journey to Batuu costs the exact same in the US on Origin as all the other game packs but here in Canada it's $29.99 instead of $24.99. Now that we know this Gam...

Since they officially call it a game pack, it's just $20 like all other game packs.

TS3: Katy Perry Sweet Treats was $10 more expensive than other stuff packs. As a result they didn't officially refer it as a stuff pack.
