Probably this week or the next week. Their previous patches have been released between the 10th - 20th July.

This is another "story" stream series, like the one they did back in... march? April? where they have different SimsGurus and Gamechangers stream parts of making a brief story. It's not any sort of preview or anything like that.
That said, as this is going on this week and a patch would be disruptive, I agree that the patch is more likely for next week.
How do you guys find out about these livestreams? I'm always out of the loop, even though I visit the forum almost every day.
