There's also an update in CAS for new relationships, new likes & dislikes & new relationship pronouns. This is going to be alot. I suggest to copy your Sims 4 Saves & Trays in the One Touch USB. Oh, & get rid of mods if your not a vanilla player, at least for the time being. PS: Repair!
Also setting makeup and eyelashes per all outfits.
Best also copy the usersettings.ini file for those that unlocked items in the home login event . From now on that's needed if you have to start over with a fresh game folder and keep the items.
copy whole The Sims 4 folder seems most practical really
