Just Got Vampires!! What to do with it...?

I primarilly use it for B/B and CAS items for Victorian builds. Garlic farms on either side of your front stairs helps, too.

I always love trying to do ALL the vamp aspirations on one sim, then cure them! thats a good fun challenge!

I tend to play Vampires the same way I play most households, just that a major family member is a vamp!

@Oldeseadogge Haha! I love your garlic farm idea! That would be great for a paranoid sim!

@munroele @nerdfashion I love telling stories with my sims and completing aspirations! That gives me the idea to make one of my sims a vampire in one of my save files to try and complete the aspirations. That file is all about completing all the aspirations over several generations, after all. Thanks for your comments!

If you have Get Together you can make a club for your vamps and let them cause all kinds of chaos by drinking plasma, using powers, etc. In my two saves, I have a goth night/dance club in FH for my vamp social club to gather at...it's fun watching the chaos go down lol. And don't forget to flirt with/date Caleb..he's a sweetie ;)

I've got one household with 8 garlic plants each side of the stairs, a garlic wreath on each side of the door outside, and a garland on each side o the door inside. Sent a test vamp in and they were uncomfortable level 3 in about 5 minutes and essentially dysfunctional. >:) Am thinking of planting a small grove of plasma fruit trees and ringing it with more garlic plants...

@whimreaper - Congrats on getting Vampires! This is my all-time favorite GP as I love vampires and supernaturals.
I've been playing with the same vampire family since the GP was released. I've come up with my own vampire lore. & I play rotational, so each character has their own story and it's kind of intertwined. But the basis was when Vlad captured one of my Sims born in-game (Don Lothario's granddaughter)....he held her captive and eventually turned her vampire against her will. She teamed up with another vampire held in captivity and together they overthrown Vlad, eventually killing him. They ended up getting married and having children, creating a legacy family. But its' really all about power and enemies coming after them, protecting the family name at all costs. I have family play too, since it's a legacy. I have the whole good vs. evil dynamics going on in the game. I think with vampires, I can really push the limit as it relates to creativity, that I may not do in regular gameplay with my human Sims.
